Caesar Dressing:
1.5 ripe avocados
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
a few rubs of lemon zest
1/4-1/2 T celtic sea salt
1/2 clove garlic
1 t fresh jalapeño
1/2 T freshly ground black pepper
1-2 T olive oil
1 head of romaine lettuce, sliced
1 T dulse, nori or sea lettuce flakes
2 t capers
Blend dressing ingredients in a high speed blender and toss with romaine lettuce, capers and dulse, nori or sea lettuce flakes.
