Herbal Stuffing
1 C soaked almonds
2 C soaked walnuts
1/4 C fresh rosemary
1/8 C fresh thyme
1/2 t dried garlic granules
1 t dried onion flakes
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 C nutritional yeast
11/4 t salt
1 T fresh sage
Process all ingredients in the food processor until chunky stuffing size. Place in a mixing bowl and set aside. Chop 1/2 cup celery and add to stuffing and mix well. This can be served alone or with gravy, recipe to follow.
