I am not a big raw food breakfast eater but when I do eat breakfast, I like for it to be a superfood extravaganza. I was looking for something other than a smoothie and chia pudding has become too heavy and dense. I birthed my new favorite breakfast and I have no name for it yet, maybe you can help me find one. I would love to hear your ideas. Superfood Extravaganza maybe?

1 cup of freshly made almond milk
1/2 T chia seed
1T goji berries
1t vanilla
1/2t cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
Blend in a blender until smooth and pink
Add:
1 apple, chopped
6 pecans
1t hemp seeds (optional)
1T coconut (optional)
Pulse until porridge texture emerges. Enjoy topped with fresh berries and coconut butter for extra endocrine balance and energy for the late afternoon.
