This is my most favorite Chaga Mushroom. David Wolfe is incredibly rigorous with his demand for quality and it is even in packaging which is a high grade (miron) glass, made in Switzerland. It is one thing to understand the power of this food and then to buy this food and then consume it. But the follow through is very important.
This Chaga from the Longevity Warehouse is “implanted in organic brown rice, which the mushroom eats and then forms a “cake” and then produces a fruiting body.” These mushrooms are freeze dried and powdered allowing you to absorb the polysaccharides and and other benefits which are lost if the mushroom is cultivated in other ways. This is a whole food and is not extracted in any way.

I love putting a tablespoon of this Chaga powder in hot water as a tea. You can also add a but of miso for quick soup on the go. This tea or soup leaves you enlivened and full of energy.
